Stop competing on price. Start receiving the right guests.
Most booking platforms push you into a race to the bottom: bigger discounts, more listings and endless comparison. We work the other way round. Every traveller who contacts us is asked about their dates, group, budget, children’s ages, interests and transport before we send a single enquiry, so the leads you receive are real, detailed and matched to what you offer.
Who we work with
We invite every kind of business that makes a Jim Corbett trip work, from the room and the Gypsy to the cab from Delhi and the dhaba on the way:
Why we’re selective
Our name is a promise to travellers: that the stay, the jeep or the driver we recommend will be exactly as described. So we keep our partner circle small and check every application personally. We look for three things:
1. Local roots
Businesses owned or run by people from the Corbett area, or that clearly invest in local employment, suppliers and communities.
2. Responsible practice
You follow park rules and treat wildlife ethically: no chasing, crowding or baiting, no plastic dumping, and respect for noise limits. Eco-friendly practices such as solar power, water saving, waste segregation and local sourcing count strongly in your favour.
3. Proven service
Consistent guest feedback, quick replies and honest pricing. We check reviews and may speak to past guests.
How it works: four simple steps
- Apply
Fill in the short form below. It takes about five minutes.
- Vetting call & visit
Our Ramnagar team calls you, and for stays and vehicles we visit in person to see rooms, vehicles and paperwork.
- Agreement
A simple written agreement: services, your net or published rates, our commission, cancellation terms and how bookings are tracked by reference number.
- Go live
We add your listing with photos and details, and you start receiving matched enquiries on WhatsApp.
The ideal partner
- Operating in or around Jim Corbett for at least two years, or a new business with an experienced team.
- All registrations and licences in place: GST where applicable, tourism or homestay registration, CTR registration for safari Gypsys and guides, and commercial permits for vehicles.
- Replies to enquiries within two hours during the day, and confirms availability honestly.
- Clear, stable pricing, with commission built into your normal rates, so travellers never pay more for booking through us.
- Clean, safe and well-maintained rooms and vehicles, with drivers who have licences and experience on hill and forest roads.
- Good recent guest reviews, and a willingness to put things right when something goes wrong.
- Respect for wildlife, park rules and the local community.

If you run conservation, education or community programmes around Corbett, such as women’s craft groups, village homestay collectives, wildlife research or clean-up drives, we’d like to feature your work and send interested travellers your way free of charge. Choose “Artisans & community” in the form and tell us about your project.

Frequently asked questions
Is there any fee to join?
No. There is no joining or listing fee. You pay an agreed commission only on bookings you confirm.
How many enquiries will I get?
It depends on your category, season and capacity. We focus on sending fewer, better-matched enquiries rather than volume, and we share monthly numbers with every partner.
Do you take bookings and payments on my behalf?
Usually the guest pays you directly and you pay us the agreed commission. For packages we may collect payment and pay you your net rate. This is set out in your agreement.
I run a single Gypsy. Can I apply?
Yes. Individual registered Gypsy owners and guides are welcome, as long as your CTR registration and vehicle papers are valid.
Will my business appear on your website?
Yes, once approved, with photos and details you provide. You can update them at any time by messaging our team.
How long does approval take?
We call within three working days of your application. Visits and agreements usually take one to two weeks.
