Official permit issues go to CTR
We can help you apply for safari permits, but we cannot change decisions made by the park. Questions about permit cancellations by the park, zone closures, refunds of government fees or problems with a permit you booked yourself on the official portal must be raised with Corbett Tiger Reserve through corbettonline.uk.gov.in or its reception centre in Ramnagar.

Can I visit your office in Ramnagar?
Yes, but please message us first so someone is available to meet you. We are often out at the gates in the early morning safari hours.
I booked my permit on the official portal. Can you fix a problem with it?
Only Corbett Tiger Reserve can change, cancel or refund a permit it has issued. Contact CTR through corbettonline.uk.gov.in. We are happy to explain the options.

Email our grievance officer at care@jimcorbett.org with your booking reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve issues within 15 working days.
